Drumi, the owner and operator of the website (sometimes called “Site”), understands that you are concerned with how information about you is used and shared, and therefore, we take great care when capturing this data via our Site.  Our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), detailed below, is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use, share, safeguard, and dispose of the information you provide to us via the Site in connection with use of the Site, and the purchase and use of products via the Site.   By using this Site, you consent to the processing of data about you in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Site.

V. Billing Information and Credit Card Purchases.

Information provided to us by you for purposes of purchasing a product (including billing name, billing address, telephone number, and fax number) will not be shared or sold to any third party. Payment information (such as credit card numbers and expiration dates) is treated confidentially and will not be shared with anyone except the financial institutions used to process payments.

We use PayPal for billing purposes to protect your billing information. PayPal encrypts information with the goal of keeping your data private and confidential as it travels between your computer and Drumi.

VI. Security

We are committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information and we use technologies and procedures to protect it.  Personal Information and other sensitive information transmitted to us through our online store (such as a credit card number) is encrypted for transmission using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.  Even so, no data transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our Site, and you do so at your own risk.

VII. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies

X. Notification of Changes

We may from time to time update this Privacy Policy.  When we make these changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.  If we make a material change to this Privacy Policy that affects our use of your Personal Information, we will update users by placing a more prominent notice on our home page for a period of 30 days from the posting of the revised Privacy Policy.
