What is Green Glove Delivery?

We believe the delivery process should be effortless. That’s why our Green Glove Delivery service comes free with every mattress. Our experts will set up your new Drumi mattress in your room of choice, and remove your old, unwanted mattress for free, all while minimizing wasteful packaging and plastics at every stage from design to delivery.

What is your return policy?

Your new Drumi mattress (the “Mattress”) is covered by a 100-night trial. For a period of one hundred (100) nights from the date of delivery of the Mattress, you may return it for a refund of the full purchase price, less $99 transportation cost. As part of this trial, we ask only that you commit to trying the Mattress for a full thirty (30) nights. We believe 30 nights is just the right amount of time for your body to adjust to sleeping on a new mattress. But if you’re not happy with Drumi by then, you can contact us to begin the return process.

This 100-night trial is null and void once a mattress is transported out of the United States.

Green Glove Delivery

What if a damaged mattress is delivered?

In the event a damaged mattress is delivered, you should refuse the delivery in exchange for a new one or request a full refund. If you refuse the delivery, our team will make a note of this so you may reschedule at no additional cost to you.

What if I receive the incorrect mattress size?

In case you receive the incorrect mattress size, you may refuse the delivery in exchange for the correct mattress size or cancel your order for a full refund. If you refuse the delivery, our team will make a note of this and you may reschedule your delivery at no additional cost to you.

What if I am late or not home?

Our delivery team will wait for 15 minutes. After this, if you are still not home, you will have the option to reschedule the delivery for an extra charge of $99. You may also cancel the order for a refund less the $99 delivery fee. The delivery team will notify us, and we will contact you within 24-48 hours.

What if the delivery team is running late?

In the rare instance that our delivery team is running late, they will contact you as soon as possible. You may refuse the delivery and reschedule for another day, at no additional cost to you. You will receive an email and text message to reschedule a new delivery date and four-hour delivery window. If you wish to cancel the delivery, please let us know and we will issue you a full refund.

How does the delivery process work?

Once you place an order for your Drumi mattress, you will receive our free Green Glove delivery service. Our delivery partner will send you an email and text message with a link to schedule your delivery date with a four-hour delivery window. After this, you will receive another email and text message confirming your delivery. One hour before your delivery, you will receive a reminder call.

What should I do with my old mattress?

For every mattress that we deliver, we will remove your old, unwanted mattress for free.

All mattresses removed must be in sanitary condition.

If you have more than one mattress that you would like to remove, you can donate it to a local charity or contact a recycling service.

Please be sure to select “Free Mattress Removal” at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery and removal process. We cannot remove box springs or other furniture items.

How is the mattress delivered?

All our mattresses are hand delivered to your room of choice by our Green Glove Delivery experts, so you won’t have to lift a finger. We do not compress, roll or ship the mattress in a box and only use re-usable packaging materials.

Do you ship internationally?

The Drumi mattress is currently only available in Massachusetts. We’ll post updates as our Green Glove Delivery network expands to cover new regions.

Please Note: The 100-night, risk-free trial and 10-year limited warranty does not apply to mattresses that have left the U.S.

How much does delivery cost?

Our Green Glove delivery is completely free! We currently only deliver to the state of Massachusetts, but hope to expand our network to cover new regions soon.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change your delivery address. Please note: it is much easier to make adjustments within the first 24 hours of ordering.

Can I select my delivery date?

Once your mattress is ready to be delivered, our delivery partner will send you an email and text message with a link to set up a delivery date and 4-hour delivery window.

How Often Should I Rotate My Mattress?

We recommend that you rotate your Drumi mattress 180 degrees every 4-6 months. When you’re done rotating, you want the foot of the bed (where the Drumi logo is placed) to be where the head is and vice versa.

Should I Flip My Drumi Mattress?

We do not recommend flipping your Drumi mattress, as our mattress is designed from the bottom up, with layers in a specific order, to help you get the best rest you need. If you flip your mattress, its entire performance design would be upside down. We use the highest quality materials and craftsmanship to make sure your mattress is durable and will last for years to come.

Is Drumi a Vegan Mattress?

Drumi is not a vegan mattress. Its hybrid, cooling design creates the ultimate comfort with sustainable materials that you can feel good about.

How does Drumi use Eco-Friendly packaging?

Every Drumi mattress is hand delivered to your room of choice. The mattresses are packaged using an eco-friendly plastic that is manufactured with 100% renewable energy from sources like wind or solar power. The plastic can also be recycled with other LDPE #4 plastics where accepted. If recycled, less natural resources are depleted and less waste ends up in landfills. Most bed in a box companies roll compress their mattresses, which requires a lot of wasteful plastic and packaging.

Can I wash the outer cover?

We do not recommend removing the outer cover. If some cleaning is necessary, try a spot clean using a cool, wet washcloth to gently blot the affected area. Do not scrub or apply direct force when cleaning.

What size sheets will fit on the mattress?

The Drumi mattress is 12.5 inches thick, so deep pocketed sheets will fit best on mattresses that are up to 15 inches thick.

What mattress sizes do you offer?

We offer six standard mattress sizes: Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King and California King.

The dimensions for each mattress size are below.

Twin – 39″ x 75″ x 12.5″

Twin XL – 39″ x 80″ x 12.5″

Full – 54″ x 75″ x 12.5″

Queen – 60″ x 80″ x 12.5″

King – 76″ x 80″ x 12.5″

What is the outer cover made of?

Drumi’s outer cover is made with organic cotton, polyester, and SEAQUAL® YARN , crafted by removing plastic from our oceans and upcycling it into high-quality textiles. It’s another way we’re helping reduce material waste.

Do I need to pay sales tax?

Yes, we must collect a sales tax for all purchases made in Massachusetts.

Do you offer financing options?

We offer financing through PayPal credit. Please note: we only finance customers in the United States.

PayPal offers two different payment options:

Buy now and pay later with PayPal credit.

At the checkout page, you will have the option to click PayPal Credit. You will be directed to PayPal to complete your purchase securely. Follow the prompts and enter the necessary information for an instant loan decision. Your loan will vary depending on your credit history. Safety & Certifications

What are the foam certifications?

Drumi is composed of CertiPUR-US®-certified foams.

CertiPUR-US® is a certification program that is administered by a not-for-profit organization. To be considered CertiPUR-US®-approved, the foam in the mattresses must be:

  • Made without ozone depleters
  • Made without PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP (“Tris”) flame retardants
  • Made without mercury, lead and other heavy metals
  • Made without formaldehyde
  • Made without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission
  • Low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions for indoor air quality (<0.5 parts per million)

What are Drumi's mattress certifications?

The federal government requires all mattresses sold in the United States to meet very stringent burn tests, as governed by 16 CFR 1633 and 1632. Drumi has passed all of these tests to achieve full certifications.
