How It Works

Our Green Glove Delivery team will set up your new Drumi mattress in your room of choice – and take away your old one for free. Your 100-night trial begins from the date of delivery of the mattress, you may return it for a full refund of the price paid,  less $99 transportation cost , if you are not completely satisfied. As part of this trial we ask only that you commit to trying the mattress for a full thirty (30) nights. In addition, your mattress is covered by a 10-year limited warranty. 4 Important Things To Ensure A Smooth Delivery:

1. There must be an adult (18 years or older) at home to receive the delivery.

2. We will not be responsible for moving any furniture around your house.

3. Our team will not be able to take any measurements for you. We suggest measuring your doors, hallways, and rooms before placing an order for your mattress to ensure it will fit comfortably in your home.

4. If your mattress doesn’t fit into your preferred location, we will return it to our facility and you will be fully refunded (less the delivery fee of $99).

Delivery FAQ

How does the delivery process work?

Once you place an order for your mattress, you will receive an order confirmation email. Our delivery partner will then send you an email and text message with a link to schedule your delivery date with a four-hour delivery window. After your delivery has been scheduled, you will receive another email and text message confirming your delivery. One hour before your delivery, you will receive a reminder call.

What if the delivery team is running late?

In the rare instance that our delivery team is running late, they will contact you as soon as possible. You may refuse the delivery and reschedule for another day, at no additional cost to you. You will receive an email and text message to reschedule a new delivery date and four-hour delivery window. If you wish to cancel the delivery, please let us know and we will issue you a full refund.

What if I am late or not home?

Our delivery team will wait for 15 minutes. After this, if you are still not home, you will have the option to reschedule the delivery for an extra charge of $99. You may also cancel the order for a refund less the $99 delivery fee. The delivery team will notify us, and we will contact you within 24-48 hours.

What if I receive the incorrect mattress size?

In case you receive the incorrect mattress size, you may refuse the delivery in exchange for the correct mattress size or cancel your order for a full refund. If you refuse the delivery, our team will make a note of this and you may reschedule your delivery at no additional cost to you.

What if a damaged mattress is delivered?

In the event a damaged mattress is delivered, you should refuse the delivery in exchange for a new one or request a full refund. If you refuse the delivery, our team will make a note of this so you may reschedule at no additional cost to you.
