Safety measures Drumi is taking while still delivering mattresses:

At Drumi, we prioritize the health and safety of our staff members, and valued customers. With this in mind, we have implemented additional sanitizing precautions and safety measures to ensure we continue to put our clients first. While our green-glove delivery team is still operational, we are monitoring the evolving situation surrounding COVID-19 and taking extra precautions during this time.

Here’s what you can expect: When the delivery team arrives at the customer’s house, they will knock on the customer’s door and keep a 6-foot distance from the customer. The delivery team will then ask the customer if it is safe for them to proceed with the delivery. During the delivery, the team wears gloves and a mask. Once the set-up is complete, sanitary wipes will be used to clean off any surfaces team members came in contact with. In the event the delivery team cannot place a delivery due to an unsafe situation, they will return the product to the warehouse and reconnect with a customer on the next suitable delivery date.

In certain circumstances, the delivery team may also deliver the product to the first threshold or garage and get a verbal signature from the customer. This temporary service limitation is based on our delivery team’s highest priority, which is to do their part to help ensure the health and safety of customers, co-workers, and partners.
